Summary
There are a couple of advantages to using a ping pong table as a surface to build on:
- Even the cheap ones are designed to fold up and roll out of the way for for storage. They also make them in panels designed to set on top of a pool table so it becomes a triple use item.
- You can put a LOT of track on a one!
Note – If you actually build this layout, the top and bottom edges will probably hang over the edge by 3/8 of an inch, and you are certainly going to need extra power taps!
